Overview
Abra is a Psychic-type Pokemon with the Teleport specialty in Pokemon Pokopia. Teleport functions identically to the Fly specialty: it transports the player directly to any befriended Pokemon's location via the Pokedex. Abra is attracted to the Fortune-Teller's Table habitat and prefers Dark environments filled with strange and metallic decorations.
How to Attract Abra
Build the Fortune-Teller's Table habitat (Habitat #152) to attract Abra. This habitat is themed around mysticism and fortune-telling.

Abra's ideal habitat type is Dark. Surround the habitat with strange and metallic items to boost Abra's comfort level. The Fortune-Teller's Table also attracts Kadabra as a secondary spawn.
Teleport Specialty
The Teleport specialty lets the player fast-travel to any Pokemon's location. The process works as follows:
Set Abra (or Kadabra) as your follower Pokemon.
Open the Pokedex and find the Pokemon you want to visit.
Speak to Abra while viewing that entry.
Abra teleports you directly to the target Pokemon's location.
This is functionally the same as the Fly specialty (used by Pidgeotto, Dragonite, and others), but with a teleportation animation instead of a flying one. Both specialties are equally useful for fast travel.

Tips
Abra and Pidgeotto/Pidgeot serve the same purpose (fast travel via Pokedex). Recruit whichever you find first and keep it as a follower for quick navigation.
The Fortune-Teller's Table habitat uses common materials. Build it early for easy access to fast travel.
Decorate Abra's area with metallic and mysterious items (crystal balls, candles, strange relics) to keep its comfort high.
Kadabra spawns at the same habitat. If you recruit Abra first, check back later for the uncommon Kadabra spawn.
