Pocket Market
The Pocket Market is the main shopping app on the smartphone (press P). It has four tabs:
Shopping tab
Five sub-categories of items, all delivered to the Zoi's front door:

Home Services tab
Hire-able services that send a worker to your home. After ordering, the worker arrives within 1 hour. You need to go to the door and select "Greet Visitor" to let them in, or they'll just stand outside.
Two-Hour Babysitting 100 Meow. A babysitter cares for toddler Zois for 2 hours.
24-Hour Babysitting 500 Meow. Full-day toddler care.
One-Time Repair Service 100 Meow. A handyman arrives and repairs any broken furniture. This always succeeds, unlike the hit-or-miss results of manual repair by your Zoi.
Spick-And-Span Cleaning 100 Meow. A cleaner performs 5 cleaning actions around the home.
Good-As-New Cleaning (500 Meow. A cleaner performs 15 cleaning actions) much more thorough.
Crop Care Service a farm helper who tends to your garden for 4 hours.
The One and Only True Path 3,000 Meow. An exorcist arrives who can commune with nearby ghosts or expel them from the lot.
Selling tab
List your Zoi's creations for sale: paintings, pruned bonsai plants, and other crafted items. Set your own price, and you'll get a notification when something sells. Item value depends on quality, which scales with the Zoi's relevant skill level.
Bought tab
Order history, tracks everything you've purchased.
Build Mode shopping
Press I to enter Build Mode for buying furniture, appliances, decor, and home items. Browse categories (Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Home Office, Hobby, Outdoors, Social Event, Other), place items where you want them, and Meow is deducted on placement.

Two clothing stores in the game, both with fixed inventories (selections are not randomized between visits):

To shop: click on a clothing rack to try things on, then head to the register or kiosk to buy. Purchased clothes go straight into the Zoi's wardrobe. Accessory categories in inZOI include hats, eyewear, necklaces, earrings, headpieces, nails, wristwear, rings, and piercings. See clothing for more.
Flea markets
Three flea market locations across both cities:
Central Park (Fountain) Dowon. A small market near the north end with 4 Flea Market tables behind a row of benches, under a bridge by the massive circular fountain.
Nuri Plaza Dowon. The largest and easiest to find. Many stalls in front of the giant cat statue.
Liberty Square Bliss Bay. A single Flea Market stall near the fountains with red balloons.
At public flea markets, you can browse and "Ask about products" to buy items, but you cannot sell at these locations, they're buy-only.
Selling at flea markets
To sell your own stuff at a flea market, you need to:
Place a Flea Market Stand (270+ Meow) from Build Mode's Social Event category at your home lot.
Host a social event the stand only works during events.
Pick up items from your inventory, place them on the stand, and select "Sell Secondhand."
Set your price. Only small decor and gift items can be resold.
Other shopping locations
Resale Store Dowon. A community lot for secondhand items.
Farming Supply Store Dowon. Agricultural supplies for gardening.
Fishing Supply Store Dowon. Gear for fishing trips.
AZ Convenience Store Dowon. Open 24 hours.
Florist of Fiorum Dowon. Flower shop.
Various cafes, bakeries, and restaurants for buying food in person.
Selling creations
Beyond the Pocket Market's Sell tab and flea market stands, Zois have other ways to sell:
Digital creations (books, programs, music, videos), use the "Can Sell" option on a computer to list them.
Physical items select an item in inventory and choose "Sell" for instant cash.
Business ownership (December 2025 update), run bakeries, cafes, and restaurants to sell cooked/baked goods to customers during business hours.
Sale prices for creative works scale with the Zoi's relevant skill level. A Level 10 painter's masterpiece sells for dramatically more than a beginner's sketch, and a maxed-out composer's Jazz piece outsells a Level 2 Folk Song by a wide margin.
