The Patterned Stone Greataxe can be crafted at a Blacksmith after learning the recipe from the Two Handed Weapons of the World Vol. 2 crafting manual. Crafting manuals are found during exploration or purchased from merchants. The weapon can also appear as random world loot scattered across Pywel's open world.
