Hearty Meat and Vegetable Porridge is the strongest meat-based ice-resistant recovery item in the game, restoring +560 HP and +54 Spirit alongside Ice Resistance Lv 4 for one minute. The 18-Onion requirement is the most demanding vegetable cost of any recipe, but the dual HP and Spirit recovery combined with ice protection makes it invaluable for cold-region encounters. If you cannot source enough Fish Fillets for Fishball Soup, this porridge is the next-best option for ice resistance.

Any raw meat type works. Onions can be grown at the Greymane Camp or purchased. Lentils (or any grain) are bought from merchants or farmed. Water is collected from rivers, lakes, and wells.
How to Cook
Hearty Meat and Vegetable Porridge is a Field Pot recipe. Find a cooking station with a pot (campfire or town cooking area), open the Cook menu, navigate to the pot recipes section, and select the recipe. You need all listed ingredients in your inventory before cooking. The Hearty tier requires the maximum ingredient quantities, so make sure to stock up ahead of time.
Tips
This is the best dual-recovery item with Ice Resistance. Use it for cold-region bosses where you also need Spirit.
The 18-Onion cost is steep. Grow onions at the Greymane Camp farm for a renewable supply.
For pure HP healing with Ice Resistance, Hearty Fishball Soup (+700 HP) is stronger but lacks Spirit recovery.
If you need Fire Resistance instead of Ice, switch to Hearty Marinated Meat or Hearty Braised Ribs.
