Overview
Hearty Grilled Fruit is the Hearty (highest quality) tier of Grilled Fruit, a recovery item in Crimson Desert. Hearty provisions require ten times the base ingredient quantity and provide the maximum stats for their recipe category.
Hearty Grilled Fruit restores +16 Spirit in a single use. Unlike most recovery items that restore health, Grilled Fruit (and Grilled Vegetables) restore spirit, the resource consumed by combat abilities and skills. The +16 Spirit at Hearty tier is the maximum for simple grilled spirit items. Players who rely on ability-heavy builds (Hand Cannon users, skill-focused playstyles) benefit from keeping spirit food on hand.

How to Cook
Hearty Grilled Fruit is a Grilled recipe. Approach any bonfire, campfire, or cooking pot and select "Cook." Navigate to the grilled items section, select the recipe, and confirm. Tips
Spirit food is distinct from health food. Grilled Fruit restores Spirit, not HP.
Ten individual Grilled Fruits restore 40 Spirit total for the same 10 fruit, 2.5 times more than one Hearty.
For dual HP and Spirit recovery, advanced recipes like Hearty Marinated Meat or Hearty Chewy Rice Cakes are far superior.
Raspberries are used in many advanced recipes (Braised Ribs, Marinated Meat, Rice Cakes), so weigh whether to grill them or save them.
