The Warspike Bow is a bow in Crimson Desert that provides a base Attack Power of 10 alongside a Critical Rate Lv. 1 bonus. Named after Fort Warspikethe western border fortress built against the Everfrost mountainside, this bow shares its lineage with the Warspike Spear. Both weapons likely originate from the same military tradition used to arm the fort's garrison.
Statistically, the Warspike Bow mirrors the Bekker Bowidentical attack power and the same Critical Rate bonus at Level 1. The two bows differ only in name and visual style. Players who already own a Bekker Bow will not gain any numerical advantage from switching, but those who prefer the Warspike aesthetic or stumble upon it first have a perfectly viable option for early and mid-game ranged combat.

Five core slots give you room to stack Abyss Gear modifications, which can push the Warspike Bow's critical damage output well beyond what its base numbers suggest. Because the bow already has a Critical Rate bonus baked in, slotting cores that boost critical damage (rather than critical chance) tends to yield better returns.

The Warspike Bow can be crafted at a blacksmith. You need the Ranged Weapons of the World: Bows, Vol. I crafting manual, which can be stolen from Meshley Trapsmith. Once the manual has been read, the recipe becomes available at any smithing station.
Required materials
Timber x10
Fine Timber x5
Timber is harvested from trees across Pywel using a woodcutting tool, while Fine Timber comes from larger hardwood trees. Both resources are common in forested areas.
The Warspike Bow may also appear as random loot in chests and supply caches throughout western Hernandparticularly around the Fort Warspike area. Open-world equipment drops in Crimson Desert are RNG-based, so finding one this way is not guaranteed.
Like all ranged weaponsthe Warspike Bow can be refined at a blacksmith across ten levels to increase its attack power. Early refinement levels require only Silver and common materials (TimberIron Ore). Higher tiers demand progressively rarer resources such as Scolecite Ore and Abyss Artifacts. Refining the bow before difficult encounters is worth the investment, as each level provides a noticeable bump to damage per shot.
The Critical Rate Lv. 1 bonus means roughly one in every several shots will deal amplified damage. This makes the Warspike Bow better suited for measured, aimed shots rather than rapid-fire spam
Pair the bow with Abyss Gear cores that increase critical damage to capitalize on the built-in crit chance. A single high-damage critical hit from range can remove a large chunk of an enemy's health before melee combat even begins
Bows consume arrows, so keep a healthy stock before heading into extended exploration or boss fights. Arrows can be purchased from merchants or crafted
At range, use the Warspike Bow to soften targets before switching to a melee weapon like a sword or spear for the close-quarters finish
If you want higher base attack power from a bow, consider upgrading to the Sydmon Bow (ATK 14) once it becomes available. For faster attack speed instead of crit chance, the White Wood Bow and Grey Wolf Bow offer Attack Speed Lv. 1
Bekker Bow (identical stats, different origin)
Warspike Spear (same weapon family, two-handed melee)
