Trade good prices are dynamic. When a good has been sold to a market in high volume recently its price drops, and when it has not been supplied for a while its price rises. The practical effect is that spreading sales across several Trading Posts earns more than dumping everything at one. After emptying a wagon, buying that market's local goods and hauling them to a different post keeps the loop profitable instead of driving home empty.
Black Markets buy trade goods for low returns with no packaging required, which makes them a quick way to clear small amounts of goods you do not plan to sell properly. Bulk profit still comes from packaging and selling 25 or more units at a Trading Post or to a Royal Trader.
