Sealed Abyss Artifact (Animal Meat) is a Gatherable Item in Crimson Desert. Like all Sealed Abyss Artifacts, it contains an Abyss Artifact that can be unsealed after completing the associated Challenge. The in-game description reads: "An artifact sealed tight with an unknown power. A sacred energy can be sensed from it."

Location

This Sealed Abyss Artifact is located in Pailune, on a stone altar north of The Sage's Peak's Abyss Nexus. Look for it on the right side of the path where the road branches.

How to Unseal

Pick up the artifact from the stone altar to add it to your inventory and register the Animal Meat challenge. Complete the challenge by discovering all eight types of meat knowledge throughout Pywel. Once the challenge is finished, open your inventory and unseal the artifact to receive the Abyss Artifact and Gourmet III Abyss Core.

Notes

• Cannot be sold to vendors.

• Classified as a Key Item and Abyss Item in the inventory.

• Meat knowledge is acquired by hunting and butchering different animal species throughout the game world.
