Overview
Hearty Fish Porridge is the Hearty (highest quality) tier of Fish Porridge, a recovery item in Crimson Desert. Hearty provisions require ten times the base ingredient quantity and provide the maximum stats for their recipe category.
Hearty Fish Porridge delivers +540 HP with Ice Resistance Lv 4 for one minute, making it one of the strongest ice-resistant recovery items in the game. The 16 Fish Fillets required represent a significant fishing investment, but the payoff is a powerful heal that also protects against ice damage. Only Hearty Fishball Soup (+700 HP) provides more raw health among ice-resistant foods.

Lentils (or any grain) can be purchased from merchants or grown at the Greymane Camp. Fish Fillets come from cleaning fish after catching them. Salt is purchased from merchants. Water is collected from rivers, lakes, and wells.
How to Cook
Hearty Fish Porridge is a Field Pot recipe. Find a cooking station with a pot (campfire or town cooking area), open the Cook menu, navigate to the pot recipes section, and select the recipe. You need all listed ingredients in your inventory before cooking. The Hearty tier requires the maximum ingredient quantities, so make sure to stock up ahead of time.
Tips
Fish Fillets are obtained by gutting whole fish at a cooking station. See the How to Get Fish Fillet guide for details.
If you can spare additional ingredients, Hearty Fishball Soup restores +700 HP with the same resistance buff.
Use the Ice Resistance buff for fights against ice-based enemies and in cold regions.
Stock up on Salt from merchants. It is inexpensive but required for most porridge and soup recipes.
