Overview
Breath of Life I is a standard passive Abyss Core in Crimson Desert. This regeneration ticks continuously, including during combat, though it does not activate while the character is in a downed state.

The healing rate is modest, but it adds up over long exploration sessions and reduces the need to consume recovery items between fights. It is especially useful during extended dungeon runs where resources are limited.
