Overview
Azurite is a refinement material in Crimson Desert used at the Blacksmith to upgrade jewelry (rings, necklaces, and accessories). Unlike ores such as Iron and Copper which come from standard ore deposits, Azurite is mined from crystal deposits that have a distinct appearance. Azurite appears most frequently in the Crimson Desert region.
How to Obtain
Azurite is gathered by striking crystal deposits with a Pickaxe (purchased at the Provisioner's Shop in Hernand) or by using the Force Palm Attack. Each crystal deposit contains up to 6 Azurite pieces.
Deposit Locations
Northern Crimson Desert Road
A cluster of 7 Azurite deposits sits along the main road in the northern Crimson Desert heading toward Varnia. This is the densest Azurite concentration in the game and the best place to farm it. The deposits line the road, making them straightforward to find.
Demeniss Region
Azurite crystal deposits appear around Anvil Hill in the Demeniss region. These are scattered across the hilly terrain.
Hernand Region
A deposit can be found in central Hernand, southwest from Hernand Castle. This is convenient to grab while visiting town.
Delesyia Region
Two Azurite locations exist in Delesyia: one north of the region and another slightly west from the capital city. Both are accessible from the main roads.
Location Summary
Region | Specific Area | Approximate Deposits | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
Crimson Desert | Northern road toward Varnia | ~7 | Densest cluster; best farming spot |
Anvil Hill | A few | Scattered across hilly terrain | |
Southwest of Hernand Castle | 1 | Convenient pickup while in town | |
North of region; west of capital | 2 | Accessible from main roads |
Uses
Azurite is used exclusively for jewelry refinement at the Blacksmith. This includes rings, necklaces, and other accessory upgrades through the Refining System.
Tips
The northern Crimson Desert road toward Varnia has both Azurite and Scolecite Ore deposits. Farm both on the same route for maximum efficiency.
Crystal deposits look different from standard ore deposits. They have a more translucent, glassy appearance compared to the dull rock of ore veins.
Since Azurite is only used for jewelry, you will not need as much of it as you do Iron or Copper. A couple of farming runs should cover your jewelry upgrade needs for a while.
