How to Obtain
A.T.A.G. Thrusterpack Mk II is unlocked through the Research Institute system. It becomes available via Project 2C at the Scholastone Research Institute, which costs 100 Silver and takes approximately 18 hours to complete. Once the research finishes, dispatch missions for crafting both the Mk II and Mk III Thrusterpacks become available.
