Overview
Cornmeal is a processed cooking ingredient made from corn. Per the community guides, cornmeal is crafted at the Cooking Fire from harvested corn. It is the base starch for several meta dishes and simple early-game recipes.
How to Get
Harvest corn at the ancient farm in the Foothills (south-left area).
Farm corn yourself at a Seedbed once seeds are in hand.
Convert corn to cornmeal at the Cooking Fire.

The Millstone is a dedicated small-scale station the player builds after first picking up Corn in the Foothills (which automatically unlocks the Millstone Parts recipe).
