How to Obtain
Aloe Leaf is gathered by hand from aloe plant nodes scattered across the Foothills. The plants grow low to the ground in the drier, rocky stretches of the region and need no tool to harvest, so it is an easy resource to stock up on while exploring or running Foothills errands. Each node gives a few leaves and respawns over time.

Aloe Leaf is mainly an alchemy and cooking ingredient. It feeds into restorative and buff consumables: the Elixir of Concentration (a critical-damage boost brewed at the Alchemy Table) and the Sunmilk Tonic (a healing drink cooked at a Cooking Fire from coconut, aloe pulp, and roasted nuts).
