Tattoos are a body-art layer in Crimson Desert applied during character creation and adjustable in-game at the Barber. Patch 1.04.00 added 13 new tattoo designs to both surfaces, expanding the cosmetic catalog for players who finished launch and wanted fresh art for a second run or a redesigned character.
