The Rekhia Plate Helm was a Rare plate armor headgear piece in Crimson Desert. In Patch 1.04.00, the helm was renamed to Baltheon Plate Helm and tuned so it can be equipped by Kliff as the headgear half of the Baltheon Armor outfit. This page preserves the original Rekhia Plate Helm naming for historical reference; current saves see all copies of the item updated to the new name.

Pre-1.04 Behavior
Before Patch 1.04.00, the Rekhia Plate Helm was flagged in-game as damaged beyond repair. It could be looted in the open world or obtained through specific quests, but no playable character could equip it. Its only practical uses were:
Selling to a vendor for 225 silver.
Donating to camp activities that accepted plate-class items.
Holding the slot in storage for completionist runs.
Patch 1.04 Rename and Rebalance
Pearl Abyss renamed the helm to Baltheon Plate Helm in Patch 1.04.00, repositioned it as the head slot of the Baltheon Armor outfit, and tuned it so Kliff can equip it. Saves that already had a Rekhia Plate Helm in storage at the time of the patch see the item update in place to the new name and new equip status. New copies looted or purchased after the patch carry the new name natively.
Name. Rekhia Plate Helm becomes Baltheon Plate Helm.
Status. The damaged-beyond-repair flag is removed; the helm is treated as a normal equippable plate piece.
Outfit. Pairs visually with the Baltheon Armor chest piece (also made equippable in 1.04).
Stats. Refinement track follows the standard Plate Armor headgear curve at a Blacksmith.
What to Do with Existing Copies
Players holding a Rekhia Plate Helm at the time of the patch should:
Open the inventory after first launching 1.04. The item should already display its new name.
Equip it on Kliff if the Baltheon outfit is part of the desired loadout. Refine at a Blacksmith for stat improvement.
Skip selling unless the slot is genuinely needed; the helm now has practical use rather than only sale value.
Notes
Plate armor offers the highest defense values in the game but comes with the heaviest weight, sitting above Chain Mail, Leather Armor, and Cloth Armor in terms of protection. Equipment can be improved through the Refinement System at a Blacksmith.
