The Baltheon Plate Helm is the renamed and rebalanced successor to the Rekhia Plate Helm, introduced as a rename and tuning pass in Patch 1.04.00. The official patch renamed it and improved it so it could be equipped by Kliff as the head slot of the Baltheon Armor outfit.

Recategorized as part of the Baltheon outfit rather than the Rekhia line, so it now pairs visually with the Baltheon Armor chest.
How to Obtain
Version 1.04.00 specifically changed Rekhia Plate Helm to Baltheon Plate Helm and made it equippable by Kliff. The separate exact item record lists Kliff and Oongka, Defense 2 at +0 to 21 at +10 and Daze Immunity. That is not a claim that the historical patch note listed every current wearer. Ordinary refinement uses Iron Ore, then Copper Ore/Large Bone/Bismuth Ore before the final Aeserion's Scale and Abyss Artifact. The recorded T2 label and raw prices should not be expanded into an unsupported rarity or extra currency-refinement charge.
The exact record names Lederson at Her Equipment. The earlier account describes generic loot/vendor copies and an in-place rename for stored Rekhia items, but the official rename statement alone does not independently establish every save migration, loot channel or current shop gate.
