Chain Mail

Overview

Chain Mail is one of four armor material types in Crimson Desert. Chain mail armor offers strong Defense while maintaining decent mobility, making it a reliable choice for well-rounded combat builds. It provides more protection than Cloth Armor and Leather Armor, though it is heavier than both. For maximum defense at the cost of mobility, Plate Armor remains the heaviest option.

Chain mail covers five equipment slots: body (chest), Headgear, Gloves, Footwear, and Cloaks. Each piece can be refined at a Blacksmith to increase its stats.

Grade Distribution

There are 64 unique chain mail armor pieces across all grades:

Body Armor

52 chain mail body armor pieces are available.

Headgear

2 chain mail headgear pieces are available.

Gloves

3 chain mail gloves pieces are available.

Boots

2 chain mail boots pieces are available.

Cloaks

5 chain mail cloaks pieces are available.
