Hearty Toasted Grains is the Hearty (highest quality) tier of Toasted Grains, a recovery item in Crimson Desert. Hearty provisions require ten times the base ingredient quantity and provide the maximum stats for their recipe category.
Hearty Toasted Grains provides +180 HP, the lowest health restoration among all Hearty-tier simple grilled items. Grains are a critical ingredient for many advanced recipes (soups, porridges, rice cakes), so toasting 10 at once carries a large opportunity cost. In almost every situation, using grains in a complex recipe yields dramatically more healing and additional buffs. Toast grains only as a last resort when no other ingredients are available.

Hearty Toasted Grains is a Grilled recipe. Approach any bonfire, campfire, or cooking pot and select "Cook." Navigate to the grilled items section, select the recipe, and confirm. You need all listed ingredients in your inventory before cooking. The Hearty tier requires the maximum ingredient quantities, so make sure to stock up ahead of time.

At +180 HP, this is the weakest Hearty grilled item. Avoid using grains this way if other options exist.
Grains are needed for Clear Soup, Fish Porridge, Fishball Soup, Chewy Rice Cakes, and more. Save them for those recipes.
