Overview
Garnet is a refinement material in Crimson Desert used at the Blacksmith to upgrade jewelry. It is found primarily in mountainous areas across Demeniss and Delesyia. One particularly notable Garnet deposit sits underground in a crater, making it one of the more memorable gathering experiences in the game.
How to Obtain
Garnet is mined from crystal deposits using a Pickaxe (purchased at the Provisioner's Shop in Hernand) or by using the Force Palm Attack.
Deposit Locations
Southwest Demeniss Crater (Underground)
The most distinctive Garnet location. In southwest Demeniss, there is a crater with a hole in the ground. Drop through the hole to find a large Garnet deposit underground. This is one of the bigger single deposits in the game and worth seeking out.
North of Demeniss
A crystal deposit containing Garnet appears in the northern part of the Demeniss region. Look for it along the mountainous terrain.
North of Delesyia
Garnet crystal deposits sit in the northern area of the Delesyia region, accessible from the roads leading out of the capital.
Delesyia: Dewhaven
An additional Garnet deposit can be found near Dewhaven in the Delesyia region.
Location Summary

Uses
Garnet is used exclusively for jewelry refinement at the Blacksmith through the Refining System. This covers rings, necklaces, and other accessories.
Tips
The underground crater deposit in southwest Demeniss is easy to miss. Look for a crater with a visible hole, then drop down. The Garnet deposit inside is large enough to make the detour worthwhile.
Garnet is found in mountainous terrain, so keep your eyes open for crystal deposits whenever you are climbing or traversing elevated areas in Demeniss and Delesyia.
Since Garnet is used only for jewelry, you will not need massive quantities. A visit to each of the four known locations should cover most of your upgrade needs.
