Overview
Frozen Heart Plate Cloak is a Mythical Plate Armor cloak piece in Crimson Desert. A silver plate cloak modeled after the Machina Knight. The solid silver pauldrons safely protect the wearer's upper body. The red decorations on the inside create a contrast with the silver exterior.

How to Unlock the Cloak
Unlike the other Frozen Heart Plate pieces, this cloak is not looted from a hidden chest. It is a quest reward tied to the Forbidden Gatekeeper faction storyline during Chapter 11, Truth and Reality.
Truth and Reality has three faction objectives. One of them tasks you with destroying the Dreadnought. Completing that objective hands over the Frozen Heart Plate Cloak as the quest reward.
Story Gate
Players on earlier saves cannot pick up this cloak yet. The specific Dreadnought encounter does not spawn in the world until the Chapter 11 story beat opens, so the enemies are absent if you try to chase the quest too early. Progress the main narrative first, then return to the faction board.
Pairing with the Rest of the Set
For the full bonus, pair the cloak with the Frozen Heart Plate Armor from Delesyia Castle, and then the matching gloves and boots scattered around Delesyia. There is no helmet in this set, so you can run any helm you prefer.
