Overview
Elowen is the Witch of Wisdom, a powerful and ancient figure who resides in the Hernand region. She has watched over Pywel's providence since ancient times, and unfathomable wisdom dwells within her eyes. She occasionally changes her form to offer guidance to those in need and spends her leisure time in her flower-ringed cottage.
Elowen is the second witch players encounter in Crimson Desert and provides advanced services related to Abyss Gear. Unlike Sylvia, the first witch, Elowen can also craft Abyss Gears from recipes and sells Abyss-related items.
Location
Elowen's home, known as the Witch's House, is located in The Witchwoods, west of the Hernand Highlands and slightly north of the quest marker. The cottage is surrounded by a ring of flowers. Players must complete a specific quest chain before they can access her services.
How to Unlock
Elowen becomes available after the first boss fight in Chapter 5. Following that battle, a white bird carrying a letter will land on Kliff's shoulder. Reading the Unsealed Letter from your inventory unlocks The Missing Seal quest, which is listed under Journal > Faction Quests > Witches (Hernand section, red icon).
Tracking the quest leads to a small farmstead being raided by bandits. After clearing all enemies from the area, enter the main house through a hole on top of the roof to rescue a tied NPC inside. This NPC turns out to be Elowen herself. She will then invite Kliff to her abode in The Witchwoods, where her full services become available.
