Location
Darksworn Armor Spectral Soldiers are found in the Hoenmark Ruins, a crumbling fortress in the Hernand region. The ruins are the domain of Beloth, the Darksworn, and the entire area is permeated with frigid cold energy. Spectral soldiers float through the corridors and open spaces of the ruins, attacking any living intruder.
When approaching the Hoenmark Ruins, enter from the west side to minimize drawing the attention of spectral soldiers. Aggroing too many at once can quickly lead to an overwhelming encounter, especially given the icy conditions that damage you over time.
Combat Tips
With 170 HP, Darksworn Armor Spectral Soldiers are among the toughest regular enemies in the game. They hit extremely hard and their attacks carry frost effects that slow your movement and drain your stamina.
The icy conditions in the Hoenmark Ruins deal damage over time. Equip ice-resistant gear such as the Kuku Cold-Resistant Armor and the Frostcursed Plate Cloak to mitigate this environmental hazard.
A freezing mechanic periodically attempts to immobilize you completely. If you get fully frozen while a spectral soldier is mid-combo, the results are often fatal. Evade continuously to prevent the freeze buildup from reaching critical levels.
Use Imbue Flame attacks like Flame Strike and fire-based Abyss Gear abilities to build stun against these ice-aligned enemies. Fire damage appears to be particularly effective against the Darksworn's forces.
Try to engage spectral soldiers one at a time. Pulling multiple soldiers simultaneously in the cramped corridors of the ruins is extremely dangerous.

Beloth, the Darksworn is widely considered the single hardest encounter in all of Crimson Desert. The boss is classified as an "Overwhelming Being," the highest difficulty tier. Without the Kuku Cold-Resistant Armor and the Frostcursed Plate Cloak, Beloth's attacks will one-shot the player every single time. Defeating Beloth rewards the complete Armor of the Shadows set, one of the best armor sets in the game.
