Crimson Desert is available in multiple editions across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game launched on March 19, 2026, developed and published by Pearl Abyss. Standard Edition
The Standard Edition includes the base game. Players who pre-ordered any edition also received the Khaled Shield as a pre-order bonus. On PlayStation 5, the Standard Edition additionally includes the Grotevant Plate Set as a platform-exclusive bonus.
The Mac version is available as a Digital Standard Edition only and does not include any pre-order bonus items.
Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition comes in two formats: Digital and Physical. Both versions include the base game plus the Deluxe Pack, which contains the following in-game items:

Collector's Edition
The Collector's Edition is a limited-release physical package priced at $279.99. It includes everything from the Physical Deluxe Edition, plus additional exclusive in-game items and premium physical collectibles. Once stock runs out, it will not be reprinted.

Pre-Order Bonus
All players who pre-ordered Crimson Desert before launch on March 19, 2026, received the Khaled Shield as an exclusive bonus item. This applied to every edition and every platform except the Mac version. The Khaled Shield is a cosmetic shield usable by Kliff.
PlayStation 5 Exclusive Bonus
PS5 players receive the Grotevant Plate Set as a platform-exclusive bonus regardless of which edition they purchase. This armor set is not available on PC or Xbox.
How to Claim Edition Bonus Items
After purchasing the game, bonus items from your edition and any pre-order rewards can be claimed through the in-game menu. Navigate to Menu > Others > Options > Add-On to check and redeem all available bonus items. At launch, some players experienced issues with bonus items not appearing; Pearl Abyss resolved this with a patch and advised affected players to restart the game.
Which Edition to Buy
For most players, the Standard Edition provides the full Crimson Desert experience at the base price. The Deluxe Edition is worth considering for players who want a set of cosmetic armor and horse equipment right from the start. The Collector's Edition is aimed at dedicated fans who want the 17-inch Kliff vs. Golden Star diorama and premium physical collectibles, though it has been largely sold out since before launch.
