Overview
Bounty Notice: Billy is a faction quest for House Celeste in Crimson Desert. Billy is a human pickpocket in his mid-40s who operates in the City of Hernand. He was last spotted near Turnali's Shop and Hernand's Inn. The bounty notice appears on boards throughout the City of Hernand during Chapter 2.
Like all bounty quests, players must subdue Billy and deliver him to the constabulary. Capturing him alive pays the full Silver reward, while killing him yields only half.

Walkthrough
Finding Billy
Billy's bounty notice can be found on boards throughout the City of Hernand. After reading it, his last known location is marked on your world map. Head toward Hernand's Inn, where the bounty icon will appear on the minimap as you approach.
Subduing the Target
Billy is a pickpocket, not a fighter, so he will try to run rather than stand and fight. Chase him down and use your tackle (press the action button when close) to bring him to the ground. Punch him until the "Tie Up" option appears. Avoid using weapon attacks, as they can kill him and reduce your reward.
Delivery
Place Billy on your horse and ride to the constabulary located to the left of the Plaza exit in the City of Hernand. Hand him over to Guard Antoni to collect your reward. You cannot fast travel while carrying a bounty target.

Tips
Billy offers the lowest Silver payout among Hernand bounties, but the 100 Contribution EXP still counts toward your Hernand Contribution rank.
Since Billy is non-violent, this bounty is a good warm-up for learning the capture mechanics before tackling tougher targets.
Check near Turnali's Shop if Billy does not appear at the Inn. Bounty targets can patrol between their known locations.
Every bounty target drops a Note with a Suspicious Symbol. Collecting these is important for later quest progression.
