Walkthrough
Step 1: Speak to Brice
Talk to Brice at Howling Hill camp. He explains that the Greymanes need a sturdy wagon for transporting goods and asks you to visit the Timberturner Wainwright to arrange construction.
Step 2: Recruit an Engineer
Building a wagon requires a Greymane companion with the Engineering skill. Complete the "Rumor in St. Halssius" quest to recruit Arnold, who has the required Engineering skill. Alternatively, any Freesword with the Engineering skill will work, such as Otto.
Step 3: Visit Timberturner Wainwright
Travel to the Timberturner Wainwright workshop, located northeast of the camp on the map. Open the mission list at the workshop and order your wagon. There are three tiers of wagon available at different price points, each offering increasing cargo capacity.
Step 4: Wait for Construction
The wagon takes some time to be constructed. You can complete other quests while waiting. Once the wagon is ready, return to Brice at the Greymane Camp and speak with him to finish the commission.
Notes
Having a wagon unlocks the ability to move trade goods between vendors across Hernand for profit.
All 27 Greymane Commissions reward a Medium Bag, which increases your inventory capacity.
