Overview
Queen's Nest is a House Celeste faction quest in Crimson Desert, set in the Hernand region during the Queen of the Silkspun Citadel quest chain. The abandoned silk factory at Arboria Castle has been overrun by a monstrous Queen Spider, who has spun the tower into her personal citadel and halted production across the region. Clearing her out is the final mission needed to liberate the castle and restore the factory.
The quest threads together climbing Arboria Castle through a spider-infested gauntlet, a boss fight against the Queen Spider in the top tower arena, and a follow-up cleanup sweep of the surrounding castle grounds. It is closely connected to the adjacent House Celeste line about Restarting the Elixir Factory, which reuses the same location for a puzzle and brewing segment after the spiders are gone. How to Start
Travel to Hernand and head north toward Arboria Castle. The quest auto-unlocks once enough Hernand faction progress is complete: players must first work through House Serkis, House Roberts, House Alfonso, and House Celeste questlines until the Queen of the Silkspun Citadel chapter opens. The Local Informant in Hernand is the key NPC for advancing the final hand-in objective. Pin them on the map before traveling to Arboria Castle to save time.
Walkthrough
Confirm prerequisite House Celeste quests in Hernand are complete so the Silkspun Citadel chapter is active.
Travel to Hernand and activate the quest marker near Arboria Castle.
Fight through the spider gauntlet climbing the castle tower. Use arrows to thin the smaller spiders on the ascent.
Enter the top tower arena and engage the Queen Spider boss.
After defeating the Queen, collect the Abyss Artifact she leaves behind.
Sweep the remaining enemies around Arboria Castle to earn Hernandian Contribution +100.
Check in with the Local Informant to trigger the final objective update.
Return to the quest hand-in point and claim your rewards.
Queen Spider Boss Fight
The arena is the top tower of Arboria Castle, an enclosed chamber with climbable walls the Queen Spider uses throughout the fight. Small spider adds spawn during the encounter.
Attack Patterns
Spider Bite: The Queen winds up her legs and fangs to lunge forward in a short-range bite. Dodge away when you see the wind-up.
Toxic Shower: She latches onto the tower walls above and fires waves of poison projectiles down into the arena. This is her most dangerous move and can leave lingering poison clouds that deal damage over time.
Strategy
Activate Nature's Retribution (requires Nature's Snare Level 2) as soon as the Toxic Shower begins. It deflects the projectiles and prevents poison application.
Swap to your bow while she is clinging to the walls. Focused Shot is especially effective, and fire damage is called out as a weakness.
When she drops to ground level, close the gap and unload your strongest melee combos. Her HP pool is relatively low, so a few committed combo windows end the fight quickly.
Ignore the small spiders. They are not a real threat, and killing them wastes time the Queen can use to reposition on the walls.
Bring healing food to counter residual poison DOT from the arena clouds, and stock up before entering the castle since the climb will eat through consumables.

Tips
Clear several inventory slots before turn-in, since multiple gear rewards drop at once.
Pin the Local Informant on the map before heading to Arboria Castle so the final hand-in does not cost extra travel time.
Unlock Nature's Retribution (Nature's Snare Level 2) before starting if you have not already. It trivializes the Queen's ranged phase.
Bring a stocked bow loadout. Arrows pull double duty here: thinning adds during the climb and poking the Queen while she is wall-mounted.
Bundle this quest with the follow-up Restarting the Elixir Factory mission. It uses the same Arboria Castle location and chains directly after the spiders are cleared.
Food that cures or resists poison is more valuable than raw healing potions in this fight because of the arena-wide poison clouds.
