The Rogue Buccaneers Provisioner is the faction vendor for the Rogue Buccaneers. The Provisioner is the single most important vendor for cannon progression: all three calibers (12, 24, 36-Pounders) and all three tiers (Tempered, Perfectly Ordered, Devastating) sell here. Its camp is also the only place that buys animal-head trophies, handled at the adjacent Buyer.
Locations
Rogue Buccaneers Main Base, a remote island reached via the Buccaneers / Glorious Hunters questline. The Provisioner stands beside the Bounty Agent and Buyer inside the same camp.
Some reports place a Rogue Buccaneers representative on Tortuga as well, primarily for faction rep turn-ins rather than main-stock vending.
Currency
The Rogue Buccaneers prefer Piastre for most items; Guineas are required for certain building cosmetics and flag style books.

Specialty Notes
This Provisioner sells the three armor sets designed for a light-leather, high-mobility or sustain archetype. The Flibustier Set is the core one-handed-melee set (2P -20% attack stamina, 4P +15% one-handed damage). The Tracker Set is the support/sustain set (2P +35% healing effectiveness, 4P +15% damage resistance).
The cannon progression gates at Tier 2, 3, and 4 are an important mid-to-late game milestone. Ships that plan to mount 24-Pounders need Buccaneers Tier 3, and Blackbeard Frigate builds targeting 36-Pounders need Tier 4. See Cannons for the per-cannon breakdown.
The Rogue Buccaneers are the only faction whose camp purchases animal-head trophies. The adjacent Buyer takes spirits, munitions, and trophies such as the Boar Head, Wolf Head, Crocodile Head, and Dodo Head, along with goat and crab trophies. A single Boar Head sells for 20 Piastre. None of these trophies sell at the Tortuga waterfront buyer, so a hunting run has to come back here to cash out.
Because all nine cannon-plan lines and both leather-light armor sets live here, the Rogue Buccaneers are a high-value early faction to push. Builds aiming at a Blackbeard Frigate with 36-Pounders must reach reputation Tier 4 here, while a Brig or Ketch running 12-Pounders or 24-Pounders can stop at Tier 2 or 3. The faction sits allied with the Brethren of the Coast, so reputation choices there interact with this one.
