How to Obtain
This is starting equipment for Kliff.
Some armor pieces can also be crafted at a Blacksmith if the corresponding recipe has been acquired. Check with local Blacksmiths to see if a recipe is available for this armor.
Armor Set
Ynitium Set (includes Ynitium Leather Boots, Ynitium Leather Gloves, Ynitium Leather Cloak).
Armor sets in Crimson Desert share a visual theme across equipment slots but do not currently provide set bonuses when multiple pieces are worn together. The primary benefit of wearing a matching set is cosmetic. Individual pieces within a set still need to be refined separately to improve their stats.
Notes and Tips
The Ynitium Leather Armor is Kliff's default body armor at the start of the game. While its 3 DEF is modest, the 3 Abyss Core slots make it surprisingly versatile for early-game customization through the Abyss Gear system. The Ynitium set is the most complete starting set, with matching boots, gloves, and cloak all available from the beginning.
This armor can be refined through the Refinement System. Non-unique armor is upgraded using duplicate pieces, while unique armor requires specific materials found throughout the world.
