Overview
Wine is a drink in Crimson Desert brewed by combining gathered fruit ingredients at a cauldron. Drinks function differently from cooked meals: instead of restoring health, they primarily restore spirit and grant short-duration buffs that help during combat and exploration. Wine is one of the earliest drink recipes players can learn, making it a staple of early and mid-game provisioning.
The Fextralife crafting guide lists Wine under the Drinks subcategory of Provisions. Like all drinks, Wine is brewed at a cauldron rather than cooked at a bonfire or field cooking tool. Cauldrons are found at the Greymane Camp and in select towns across Pywel.

How to Obtain
Players can brew Wine once they have the recipe and access to a cauldron. The Wine recipe can be purchased from innkeepers in several towns or discovered through exploration. Grapes are gathered by hand from bushes in forested and vineyard areas. Water can be collected at any river or lake.
Wine can also be purchased directly from tavern merchants and innkeepers, though brewing it yourself is cheaper if you already have the ingredients.
Tips
Keep a few bottles of Wine in your inventory before boss fights; the spirit restoration lets you use more abilities during long encounters.
Grapes are common in the southern regions of Pywel, particularly around Hernand.
Wine pairs well with grilled food, since meals restore health while Wine covers spirit recovery.
