Location
The blueprint sits inside the Longbranch Shade Hideout in northern Pailune, north of the letter "N" on the Pailune map label. The landmark is a large treehouse built where two rivers meet in a V-shape.
Access
A door is built into the base of the tree. The door is locked, and opens with a Key purchased from a Back Alley Shop. Once inside, the blueprint sits on a desk at the bottom of the spiral staircase.
Use
Olvald's Logging Axe Blueprint unlocks the Olvald's Logging Axe recipe, the tool used to harvest Flawless Timber from tree-cutting nodes.
