How to Activate Crescent Skybridge

The Crescent Skybridge is one of the 40 Abyss Challenges in Crimson Desert. You encounter it during the Toward the Nest main quest in Chapter 5, directly after completing the Spire of Soaring. This challenge involves redirecting light beams, reconnecting broken cables, and using Force Palm and Axiom Force to power up the bridge.

Step 1: Activate the Checkpoint (Optional)

When you arrive via the elevator from the Spire of Soaring, look for a round floor plate near the starting area. Stand on it to activate a fast travel checkpoint. This is worth doing because falling off the Skybridge resets the puzzle, and the checkpoint lets you return quickly.

Step 2: Redirect the Light Orbs

Move to the right of the central orb. Climb the platforms using three mid-air Force Palm attacks (R3) to reach the upper area where additional light-emitting orbs sit. Use Axiom Force (hold L3) to grab and redirect the right orb's beam so it shines on the wall panel.

Repeat this process for the leftmost orb. Watch out for the purple flowers near this orb; they deal damage if you touch them. All four orbs must be aimed at their designated wall panels before you can proceed.

Step 3: Reconnect Broken Cables

Jump across the rotating rings to the opposite side of the bridge. Use Force Palm boosts and gliding (hold the glide button mid-air) to cover the distance. On the other side, hold L1+R1 to activate your scanning vision. Broken power cables appear highlighted in yellow, while active cables display in blue.

You need to reconnect two severed cables. The first is in the center area, and the second is on the far right. Walk up to each broken cable and hold Square (or X on Xbox) to repair it.

Step 4: Strike the Wall Panel

Climb to the center of the large round wall panel and hang from it. While hanging, hit it with a Force Palm attack. This powers the panel and shifts the bridge structure.

Step 5: Rotate the Pillar

Ascend the wall panel and find the pillar at the objective marker. Apply Axiom Force and rotate it using the directional inputs until it glows blue. Once the pillar locks into position, the Skybridge activation sequence begins and the challenge completes.

Tips

• If you fall off the bridge at any point, the checkpoint from Step 1 saves significant travel time.

• The rotating rings in Step 3 move at a consistent pace. Time your jumps to land when the ring surface faces upward.

• Use the wind turbines scattered around the structure to reach upper platforms before entering the blue teleporter at the end.

• Purple flowers near the orbs deal damage on contact, so give them a wide berth while redirecting the light beams.
