Overview
The Golden Coelacanth is one of the rarest legendary fish in Crimson Desert. The coelacanth is an ancient, prehistoric species, and the golden variant is its most valuable form. Found only in a specific location in the Pailune region, the Golden Coelacanth sells for approximately 10 silver and represents one of the ultimate catches for dedicated anglers.
Where to Catch
The Golden Coelacanth is found beside the waterfall located to the south of Forebearer's Barrens in the Pailune region. The waterfall creates a deep pool where this rare fish can be hooked. Reaching this location requires traveling deep into the Pailune wilderness, so players should be well-supplied before attempting the trip.

Tips
The waterfall south of Forebearer's Barrens is the only confirmed location for this fish. Mark it on your map once you discover it.
Consider completing the standard Coelacanth entry first, as it may help you locate the golden variant more efficiently.
Legendary fish require patience. Do not reel in while the fish is actively fighting against the line.
