How to Obtain
The Dekarr Greataxe is Oongka's starting equipment. It is automatically added to the inventory when Oongka becomes a playable character after completing the events of Chapter VII. The weapon cannot be sold, purchased, or crafted. It is a unique, character-bound item.
Combat Notes
At 26 attack power, the Dekarr Greataxe outclasses every other greataxe and warhammer in the game by a wide margin. For comparison, most craftable two-handed weapons sit between 13 and 16 attack, making the Dekarr roughly 60% stronger than a standard option. The Critical Rate Lv. 1 bonus on top of that base damage means critical hits from this weapon can deal truly staggering amounts of damage.
The greataxe moveset features wide horizontal sweeps, overhead chops, and ground-slam attacks that create shockwaves.
