Overview

The Dark Red Goblet is a unique consumable item in Crimson Desert that permanently increases maximum stamina by 40 points when used. It is one of the largest single stamina boosts available outside the Skill Tree, making it one of the most valuable quest rewards in the game. The item is a one-time use consumable, so once consumed it cannot be recovered or reused.
The goblet is awarded as a reward for completing The Corrupted Greymane, a House Thorel faction quest that pits the player against the Crimson Warden boss at the Demeniss Wildlife Park.

How to Obtain
The Dark Red Goblet is obtained by completing The Corrupted Greymane quest, which is a House Thorel faction quest. The quest becomes available as you progress through the main story and involves traveling to the Demeniss Wildlife Park in the Demeniss region to defeat the Crimson Warden boss.
Before accepting the quest, a special goblet reward icon is visible on the map near the quest marker, indicating the permanent stamina bonus waiting at the end. The quest marker itself appears near the House of Healing area as part of the Greymane camp storyline.
Upon arriving at the boss location, you will find a camp populated by people wearing distinctive bunny-eared hats. The Crimson Warden waits deeper in the area and engages the player on approach. She is a highly mobile ranged fighter who uses a bow and constantly repositions during the fight. Staying close to her and being aggressive is the most effective strategy, as it limits her ability to use her devastating ranged attacks.
Quest Rewards
Defeating the Crimson Warden grants several rewards in addition to the Dark Red Goblet:
Reward | Description |

Chest armor with bonuses to movement speed, stamina regeneration, and climb speed
An ability that rains arrows on enemies after performing a melee attack; comes with an Abyss Core attached
Skill Point | One skill point usable in any skill tree |
A collectible Abyss Artifact for stat upgrades
Evasive Shot, Explosive Evasive Shot, and Multishot (learned during the fight via Watch and Learn) |
Usage Tips
Use it on the right character. The Dark Red Goblet applies its +40 stamina bonus to whichever playable character consumes it. Since the game features three playable characters (Kliff, Damiane, and Oongka), consider using it on the character you play most or the one who benefits most from extra stamina.
Push past the 200 threshold. Reaching 200 maximum stamina unlocks Aerial Maneuver, widely considered the most important traversal ability in the game. If your stamina is currently below 200, the Dark Red Goblet's +40 bonus can help you reach or surpass that critical threshold without spending additional Abyss Artifacts.
Use it early for maximum benefit. Because the stamina boost is permanent, consuming the goblet as soon as possible means you benefit from the extra 40 stamina for the rest of your playthrough. There is no reason to hold onto it.
Stack with Skill Tree upgrades. The +40 bonus from the goblet stacks with stamina upgrades purchased through the Skill Tree using Abyss Artifacts. Combined with a fully upgraded stamina skill (Level 14), the goblet helps push your total stamina even higher.
Significance
The Dark Red Goblet represents one of the few ways to gain a large permanent stamina increase from a single action rather than incremental Skill Tree upgrades. With a +40 bonus, it is equivalent to several levels of stamina upgrades that would otherwise cost multiple Abyss Artifacts. This makes The Corrupted Greymane quest a high-priority target for players looking to maximize their stamina early in the game.
The goblet is especially valuable for gliding and climbing because both traversal methods drain stamina continuously. An extra 40 stamina translates directly into longer glide distances and taller cliffs that can be scaled in a single attempt without resting on ledges.
