Overview
Clue is the 117th main quest in Crimson Desert and the final mission of Chapter 8: Blood Coronation, falling under the Traitor sub-chapter. After the events at the palace, control shifts from Kliff to Damiane. The story context is grim: "By the time you found your swordmaster, it was already too late." Damiane must infiltrate the Demeniss Court, locate an underground prison, and find Beatrice Azerian imprisoned below.

Walkthrough
Infiltrate the Demeniss Court
You now control Damiane instead of Kliff. Travel to the designated location in the Demeniss capital. Hostile guards will try to stop you.
You can either fight the guards or evade them entirely by sprinting past.
Avoid being grappled. If a guard grabs you, immediately succeed at the QTE prompt (Triangle/Y). Failing the prompt respawns you outside the area.
Find the Underground Prison
Enter the building. The quest marker leads you to a building within the search zone.
Locate the trapdoor. Inside, find a side room with a trapdoor on the floor. You can either fight the enemies in the room first or sprint directly to the trapdoor and interact with it.
Descend. Open the trapdoor and climb down the ladder into the underground prison.
Find Beatrice Azerian
Navigate the prison corridor. The underground prison is a linear path. Follow the corridor to its end.
Enter Beatrice's cell. At the end of the corridor, enter the cell where Beatrice Azerian is being held. A cutscene triggers upon entering.
The cutscene reveals Beatrice's imprisonment and advances the main storyline. After the cutscene, Chapter 8 concludes.
Notes
This is the only quest in Chapter 8 where you play as Damiane. Her combat abilities and movement differ from Kliff's, so take a moment to familiarize yourself with her controls if you have not played her recently.
The trapdoor can be easy to miss. Look for it in a side room rather than the main hall of the building.
Beatrice Azerian's discovery connects to the threads established during the infiltration quests (Blazing Fire, Whispering Shadows), where you uncovered information about Colette Azerian's missing family members.
After this quest, control returns to Kliff for Chapter 9.
