Luxuries is an Epic Trade Goods crate in Windrose, the highest-value crate the Smugglers of Port Royal will buy. The scratched-in warning reads "Open it and you're out of the cut," and like every trade crate the seal must remain intact to preserve sale value. Luxuries pay 250 Piastre apiece at the Smugglers Buyer, the same top-tier rate that Specialized Tools fetch from the Brethren of the Coast Buyer.

Luxuries drop from high-tier instanced loot rather than from common boarding actions. The crate is tagged with a Coastal Jungle boss-arena entry in the item database, which suggests scripted loot behind a named encounter rather than random ship scatter.

How to Cash Out
Because Luxuries sit at the Epic tier of the crate ladder, a small hold of three crates returns 750 Piastre at the Smugglers Buyer in one docking. That is the single highest Piastre-per-slot return from any non-trophy loot in the current build and justifies the extra sailing time to Port Royal even if a closer Trade Goods Merchant would take the crate at 200.
Stack Luxuries runs with Contraband trips: both crates route to the same Smugglers Buyer, so one docking clears both lines.
Tips
Do not open the crate. Opening forfeits the entire trade value.
Luxuries are worth carrying in the ship hold during Coastal Jungle boss fights; the crate occupies only one of three stack slots and pays 200+ Piastre even at the wrong buyer.
On active Smuggler reputation grinds, combine a Luxuries drop-off with Bounty Agent insignia hand-ins. The two systems share a faction camp but pay in different tracks.
