Where to Get the Ingredients
Meat: see the dedicated article for sourcing notes.
Dodo Egg: see the dedicated article for sourcing notes.
Buff Stacking Rule
Windrose allows exactly two active food buffs at once. Eating a third cooked dish overwrites the oldest active buff. Raw food still fills the hunger meter but grants no stat buff. See Food and Potions for the full ruleset.
Best Used For
Pair this dish with armor sets and weapon choices that scale with Vitality. For cross-stat stacking, see Attributes and Stats and the Cooking Recipes overview table.

Ingredient Sourcing Detail
Meat: generic wildlife drop from boars and sows in the Coastal Jungle.
Dodo Egg: dropped from Coastal Jungle and Azure Dodos; Dodo nests are a common early-game farm spot.
Role in the Meta
Bacon and Eggs is the most accessible Uncommon Vitality dish. It is one of the first three recipes a fresh character can cook at a base Cooking Fire (alongside Boiled Crab and Skewered Meat, per allthings.how) and carries the player until Seafood Platter (+20 Vitality) or Seasoned Crocodile Meat open up. Very cheap to mass-produce on a Dodo-and-Boar rotation.
Station Requirement
Base Cooking Fire (Level 1). Two-ingredient starter recipe.
