Base Stations and Extenders
The alchemy line is built around the Alchemy Table, the base station where potions and elixirs are brewed. Several variants are upgrade extenders rather than standalone benches: the Vial Table snaps onto the Alchemy Table and unlocks vial and flask recipes keyed on Bone Meal and Obsidian. An extender does not craft on its own; it widens the recipe list the base station can produce, so keep the base table reachable when you place one.
The other entries serve different roles. The Distiller turns mash into rum, the Reagent Table prepares advanced reagents from materials such as Silver Ingot and Sulfur, and the Stove and Pot handles cooking-adjacent brews. Most alchemy stations need to sit within Bonfire range to stay active and avoid decay.
Build Tips
Place the Alchemy Table first, then add extenders like the Vial Table beside it as you unlock harder recipes.
Group the alchemy benches near your Distiller and storage so reagents, rum, and finished potions stay in one workshop corner.
Stock the gating materials early: a Reagent Table wants Rum Bottle and Ironware, while the Vial Table wants Bone Meal and Obsidian.
