The Masked Liberator's Cloth Cloak is found in open-world ruins directly south of an Abyss Nexus in the Crimson Desert region. The specific nexus sits just south of the R in the Crimson Desert label on the world map, and the ruins are visible from the nexus itself. Head straight south, enter through the door in the ruin wall, and open the chest inside. No boss fight or puzzle is involved, so the cloak is the easiest piece of the set to collect early.
