How to Obtain
The Tardik Shield is found in the open world, resting on a cut tree trunk near a small water pond alongside a helmet and the Volono Sword. It cannot be purchased from merchants or crafted at a Blacksmith. It is a one-time world pickup.
Core Slots
The 2 core slots allow customization with Abyss Cores to tailor the shield's bonuses to specific combat situations or builds. Players might consider slotting defensive cores for additional survivability or utility cores that complement the shield's strengths. Cores can be embedded or removed through a witch NPC at no cost, making experimentation easy.
Usage Notes
With DEF 2 and Movement Speed Lv.1, the Tardik Shield offers minimal protection but a slight boost to movement.
