The Small Rasbora can be caught with the Basic Fishing Rod purchased from any fishing shop for 15 Copper. It can also be grabbed by bare hands in shallow water, since it falls within the beginner difficulty tier. Cast your line into any suitable body of water and follow the standard fishing minigame: wait for a bite, hook the fish, tire it out by pulling in the opposite direction, then reel it in when the splashing stops.
Cooking: Can be cleaned into Fish Fillet at a campfire or butchery station. Fish Fillet is the key ingredient in dishes like Fish Porridge, Battered Fish, Fish Skewers, and Grilled Meat and Fish.
