Lightning Bolt Plate Boots are heavy footwear from the Lightning Bolt set, crafted in the likeness of the massive boots worn by Titan, the Thunder God. As Plate footwear they sit in the high-defense bracket of the slot, with the Lightning Bolt set's shared Plate base granting Daze Immunity.
Acquisition
The boots are sold by Bari, the Blue Witch of Kindness, at Crimson Lake on Silver Wolf Mountain in northern Pailune. They only become purchasable once Kliff speaks to Bari while wearing the Ring of Lightning, which is earned after defeating Titan.
