Bloody Path Quest Chain

Hunting Red is a Pailune Militia faction quest located inside the Bloody Path chain. The line opens up once Pailune is liberated during chapter 8 of the main story, at which point the Militia board starts listing faction quests alongside its bounties. Ignore the bounties and take the actual Bloody Path entries, of which Hunting Red is the step that drops the Bloodstained Blessing key item. Bloodstained Blessing is a second-wind consumable that prevents a lethal hit from downing the player, which makes this quest a priority for anyone pushing into the hardest Pailune content.

Abyss Core Liquid Gimmick

The Hunting Red boss fight reuses the familiar abyss-core-in-liquid gimmick: a core of abyssal energy sits suspended inside a pool of liquid that shields the boss. Target the core directly with Axim Force, then pull the core out of the liquid as if ripping an abyss item from a wall. Doing so deactivates the boss's protective state entirely and opens a long window of free attacks. Bring ranged options to contest the core safely, and save heavy burst skills for the deactivation window rather than the shielded phase.
