Overview

Bloodstained Blessing is a quest artifact in Crimson Desert. A crimson liquid containing a high concentration of Crusis's health. The moment the stopper is removed, an overwhelming vitality surges forth alongside the metallic scent of blood. Even if you are grievously wounded and face death, this crimson blessing will instantly envelop your body, mending your wounds as if they were never there.

Pailune Militia Unlock
Bloodstained Blessing is tied to the Pailune Militia faction, which only opens up after the chapter 8 liberation of Pailune. Once Pailune is liberated, the full faction quest list becomes active; the Pailune Militia side of that list runs for 15 quests and is the route to Bloodstained Blessing.
Hunting Red Under the Bloody Path
Inside the Pailune Militia quest chain, the specific quest that awards the key item is Hunting Red, sitting under the sub-questline Bloody Path. Ignore the bounty entries in the faction menu and focus on the numbered quests to reach it.
Boss Fight and Mechanic
The Hunting Red boss follows a familiar Pailune gimmick. A glowing abyss core sits in the center of the arena, surrounded by a pool of liquid that feeds the boss. The intended strategy is to use the Axim Force against that core, then rip the core out of the liquid the way you would tear an abyss item out of a wall.
Pulling the core completely out of the liquid deactivates the boss, leaving it open for free damage until the fight ends.
Effect When Consumed
Bloodstained Blessing grants a second-wind protection effect. If the Greymane is about to go down, the blessing triggers and prevents the knockout. It acts as an emergency save rather than a healing item, so it pairs well with high-damage loadouts where one bad hit would otherwise end the run.
