False Starwort has the widest distribution of any medicinal herb in the game. You can find it in nearly every biome except the arid desert interior.
Hernand Fields: Meadows and forest clearings around Hernand produce False Starwort regularly. It often grows alongside Lavender patches.
Demeniss Countryside: Agricultural areas and roadside verges in Demeniss are reliable sources.
