How to Obtain
The item record has Defense 2 at +0 to 21 at +10, Movement Speed Lv.1 and Lightning Resistance Lv.1, plus Bandit Disguise; the guide displays 3 Defense/0 Movement. Keep those profiles separate. The record names Grakon at Anvil Equipment, contradicting the older absolute not-purchasable label without establishing a current numerical price or unlock gate. The guide lists Kliff, while the separate record also lists Oongka; that discrepancy is not independently resolved here. Ordinary materials begin with Cloth Pieces, then add Fleece/Feather/Long Hair Hide before the final Scale/Artifact step. Exact disguise reactions, set-bonus absence and 3.31-Silver resale/reputation adjustments remain older unverified claims.

The primary benefit of wearing a matching set is cosmetic. Individual pieces within a set still need to be refined separately to improve their stats.

The recorded effect is Bandit Disguise. The older claim that it prevents all generic patrol hostility is an unverified encounter observation, not universal safety for every outlaw group or stealth-oriented quests.
