Grass-type Pokemon provide the following specialties: Appraise, Fly, Grow, Hype, Litter, Search, Water. Grass-type Pokemon primarily contribute the Grow specialty to your island workforce.
Grass-types with the Grow specialty dramatically reduce the time it takes for crops to mature. Place them near your vegetable fields for maximum efficiency. Bulbasaur is available from habitat #001 in Withered Wasteland. Leafeon in Palette Town requires the Leafy Greens Sandwich habitat. Bellossom is a Grass-type with the Hype specialty instead of Grow, making it useful for mood boosts. Many Grass-types are dual-typed with Poison, which also gives them access to the Litter specialty. Cacturne drops Sturdy Sticks through its Litter specialty.
