Major expansion: added detailed mechanics, locations, connection to fitness and water activities.
Surfing is a water activity in inZOI that captures the coastal lifestyle of Bliss Bay and Kucingku. Zois can hit the waves to have fun, improve their Fitness, and enjoy the beach atmosphere. Surfing is part of the broader Boats and Water Activities system that was expanded with the August 2025 update.
Surfing is available in the two coastal cities:

Dowon is an inland city and does not offer surfing opportunities. Zois in Dowon who want to surf need to Travel Between Cities to reach a coastal location.
To start surfing, navigate your Zoi to a beach area with wave access. Interact with the surfing option when it becomes available near the water. Surfboards can be purchased from Posey's Surf Shop in Bliss Bay as part of the Shopping system.

Fitness: Contributes to the Fitness Skill and physical activity goals
Social: Surfing at popular beaches puts Zois near others, creating social opportunities
Mood: Beach activities generally provide positive mood effects
Posey's Surf Shop in Bliss Bay offers a Part-Time Job related to surfing culture. The Cashier and Manager positions provide income while keeping your Zoi close to the beach lifestyle.
