The hidden treasure at St. Husius's House of Healing is located inside one of the tower structures within the complex. To reach it, locate the tower and enter through an open window. Climbing inside, you will initially see what appears to be an empty room with nothing of interest. The secret lies beneath the floor.
How to Access the Secret Chamber
To reveal the hidden chamber, follow these steps:
Enter the tower through the open window.
Look at the central tile on the floor. It appears identical to the surrounding tiles at first glance.
Crouch down (press the crouch button).
While crouched, perform a focus punch (charged melee attack) on the central floor tile.
The tile will flip and break, dropping you into a secret chamber below.
Open the chest in the hidden room to claim the Blackwing Leather Boots.
This is one of the more obscure hidden items in the game because the tower room gives no visual indication that anything is hidden there. The floor tile looks completely normal, and there are no environmental clues like cracks or discoloration. The only way to discover it is to try interacting with the floor while crouched.
